Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Chengdu, Finance School is a domestic stock training institution. As a subsidiary of Finance School Education Media Company, it focuses on providing an online finance education video course learning platform, covering multiple financial industry courses such as stocks, bonds, futures, options, insurance, and banking.

Finance School was initiated by several champion private equity co-founders, with Huang Ting as the legal representative. The registered capital is 25 million RMB, and the company type is another limited liability company. Major shareholders include Tiantian Education Management (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. holding 70% and Hainan Haohao Learning Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) holding 30%. In addition, the main executives of Finance School include Chen Lin and Wang Lina.
